With the rapid development of the Internet, it is entering an era of information explosion, more and more information is presented to the user, but it is immersed in the vast ocean of information at the same time, the accompanying users are increasingly difficult to obtain the most needed information. Phone information service, also found that the lack of intelligent phone information services one of the biggest flaws. Intelligent mobile terminal information service provider, still continues similar PC side access information that the user needs the active search of information. However, due to the small size of mobile terminals, processing speed is slow and difficult operating restrictions, making more difficult to access and display of the mobile terminal information service and not humane. This article is based on the current mobile information services for this shortcoming, and put forward the concept of intelligent information service platform. Intelligent information service platform targeted information, knowledge and methods to predict the user's potential information needs of users' personal characteristics and history of behavior analysis, active, and then provide personalized information services to the user. Intelligent information service platform, the mobile terminal as possible calculations to the server to do solve the problem of mobile terminals with limited computing power. The focus of this study in the design of intelligent information service platform server. In order to meet the easy to expand, easy access, higher availability, support the needs of a variety of customer types, etc., the design uses a layered architecture of SOA thinking design of intelligent information service platform, and through WebService technology service provider, request and registration . This paper outlines the relationship between the design concept of SOA, SOA architecture roles as well as the role of the advantages and characteristics of the SOA framework, and then study the WebService technology for implementing SOA structure, emphatically describes the the WebService standard and protocols: XML, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI. Also described Hibernate object-relational mapping technology used in the implementation. Design based on a server-side framework of intelligent information service platform based on SOA architecture, software architecture, technical architecture and server-side analysis of user needs strategy description. Finally, a detailed description of the design ideas and the embodiment of the server-side module.
