The Influence of Performance Appraisal Satisfaction on Individual Information Ethical Behavior

The performance appraisal is an important management tool for enterprise -oriented role of employee behavior . Performance appraisal satisfaction may directly affect the employees ethical behavior , this study attempts to adjust the variables to study the two dimensions of performance appraisal satisfaction Organizational Ethics atmosphere (that is fair and equitable satisfaction and performance feedback satisfaction ) on employees ethical behavior information . In this paper, the theoretical analysis based on a series of hypotheses through empirical analysis the following conclusions : (1 ) performance appraisal fair and equitable satisfaction of employees ethical behavior have a significant positive impact ; (2) performance feedback satisfaction information ethical behavior of employees have a significant positive impact ; (3 ) organization ethics atmosphere , organizational rules and regulations oriented , altruistic -oriented , self-interest oriented and legal norms guiding the relationship between performance appraisal satisfaction and employee information between ethical behavior a regulatory role , and the relationship between the independent -oriented organizations ethical atmosphere will performance appraisal satisfaction and employee information ethical behavior is not a regulatory role . - Oriented , altruistic oriented organizational rules and regulations , laws and norms oriented , will enhance the positive correlation between the performance appraisal satisfaction and employee information ethical behavior ; while in the self-interest -oriented , will weaken the ethical behavior of performance appraisal satisfaction and employee information the positive correlation between . According to the conclusions put forward relevant proposals , and that the performance appraisal should be noted that the performance appraisal fair and impartial , and do a good job of performance feedback to enhance employee performance appraisal satisfaction from these two areas , thereby increasing the staff information ethical behavior; proposed in the atmosphere -oriented aspects of the construction of corporate culture and organizational ethics relevant recommendations to further reduce non- ethical behavior of employees .
