With the development of economic integration, multinational companies to flourish, but due to cultural differences and cultural impact of the conflict, as well as different countries, ethnic groups different way of thinking and values, led to a cultural conflict in multinational operations process, the multinational human resources can not take full advantage and play the biggest role, thus affecting the economic benefits to multinational companies. Ability to communicate effectively with the cooperation cultural differences and cultural conflict, under the premise of differences in values, business philosophy, management style, transnational business success of cross-cultural management of multinational companies facing important issues. Cross-cultural training' dissertation">Cross-cultural training is the elimination of cultural conflict, the primary means of effective cross-cultural management. How to conduct effective cross-cultural training, multinationals become our key issues in human resources management, cross-cultural training and research into cross-cultural management research priority. With the continuous expansion of the scale of China's multinational enterprises, more and more employees to work abroad, but can be carried out in a different cultural environment to help them acquire the knowledge and skills of the work and life of cross-cultural training company but flexor countable. Our study of cross-cultural training at a basic level, a systematic study has not yet formed, and the relative lack of theory and practice of cross-cultural training. So how effective cross-cultural training to become a key issue of multinational companies in the management of human resources, multinational human resources of our cross-cultural training systematic theoretical study has also become China's cross-cultural human resource management research imperative. This paper studies major with a systems approach, comparative method, analytic induction, for example, qualitative cross-cultural training system theory combined with quantitative methods, and a combination of theory and practice of our multinational human resources research.
