Innovation has become the human transformation of nature , society and human beings important way . With the deepening of innovation theory research , scholars have begun to recognize the important role of the culture of innovation , so innovative culture came into being . Connotation of the laboratory culture of innovation include the core values ??of the spirit of innovation , the courage to explore , gritty personality , surprise , doubt , critical thinking , truth-seeking , the only real , rigorous style of work and open cooperation , exchange behavior content and laboratory regulatory framework conducive to innovation , working conditions and social atmosphere of the external environmental factors . Key Laboratory of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is an important part of the innovation system in Guangxi , has an important role in enhancing the innovation capacity in Guangxi . In this paper, a study designed to provide an idea to enhance the innovation capability of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Key Laboratory culture of innovation Key Laboratory of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region . The study found that the Key Laboratory of innovative cultural status quo of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region to gradually increase the awareness of innovation , initially not afraid of difficulties , the courage to explore the scientific spirit , adhere to the value of innovation for local service oriented , innovative team building and achieved initial results , the gradual improvement of conditions for scientific research . But there is not enough emphasis on , study impatient , unreasonable administrative and management structure of the research management and personnel structure is irrational . Strengthen the construction of a culture of innovation Key Laboratory of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region , to enhance scientific and technological innovation as the goal , to adhere to the long-term and progressive principles , highlighting local research and personalization , and enhance awareness of the importance of the building of a culture of innovation , and strengthen the integrity of research and study style construction weakened Chief of reform , improve laboratory management system , optimize the structure of personnel to strengthen the team building .
