The Azithromycin wastewater with high COD , BOD containing inhibitory substances with biological toxicity characteristics , is a refractory organic wastewater using conventional biological or physico-chemical method is difficult to meet the processing on the technical and economic requirements , dealing with such high concentrations of wastewater has become a problem to be solved at this stage at home and abroad in the field of environmental protection technology . Fenton oxidation process Pretreatment of azithromycin wastewater by coagulation process research and evaluation of treatment as the COD removal efficiency indicators . Emphasis on the type of coagulant in the coagulation process , the dosage , the the coagulating solution of pH value , settling time and mixing time ; class Fenton catalytic oxidation process , H2O2 dosage atmospheric pressure , catalyst and H2O2 the influence of the ratio of the amount , pH value , reaction temperature and reaction time of the main factors on azithromycin wastewater treatment . In this study, by screening using polyaluminum chloride (PAC) as coagulant coagulation treatment , the use of orthogonal experiment method to identify the optimal experimental conditions for wastewater treatment azithromycin : pH = 3 , polyaluminum chloride (PAC) voted plus wastewater 0.45mL/200mL ( 9%) of the PAC mass fraction , stirring time 20 min settling time 30 min, COD highest removal rate of 46.48% . Class Fenton oxidation treatment of wastewater after coagulation orthogonal experiment : 1 ) in the ambient temperature and pressure , the various factors that affect the oxidation treatment effect of primary and secondary order is : H202 greatest impact on the amount of reaction , followed by pH value , the carrier iron activated carbon ratio of H2O2 dosage , reaction time and temperature . 2) oxidation process optimum conditions : catalyst ( contains the iron activated carbon ) quality with 30% H2O2 volume ratio of 6:1 , the pH value of 2,30 % H2O2 dosage 2.5mL reaction time of 60 min . . 3) under optimum conditions , the oxidation process , the average COD removal efficiency of 71.90% . 4 ) Coagulation Oxidation two steps COD removal rate could reach 84.82% . In this paper, the experimental data and contrast , the conclusions can provide reference for further study of azithromycin wastewater treatment .
