Teachers ' practical knowledge based on the life experiences of teachers and teaching practice -based education research , it focuses on teachers ' understanding of the world how it affects them construct the communication between the classroom with students . Narrative research is based on the story of the experience in the form of research , it is a way to understand the experience . In the process of growth of new teachers , Reflection and Critical own knowledge and experience , is the dynamic process of the teachers' practical knowledge generated and updated in the research study , the author determined Peng Hongxia teacher for the Hebei Gaocheng II , (hereinafter referred to \Specifically, the study attempts to answer the following questions : what are the specific performance of teachers practical knowledge in the study participated narrative study ? What factors influence the formation of practical knowledge ? This narrative research in three steps : First, the exposure scene, at this stage , classroom observation , personal interviews , narrative works , collection and other related material collected ; then write site text , all the information collected to classify and organize the transcription site text ; finally presents the results of site text qualitative research and analysis , and to seek answers to these questions .
