Objective: To explore the relationship between human leukemia cell membrane antigen CD105 positive meningiomas and p-catenin (β-catenin) expression in meningiomas with the pathology and clinical manifestations, and meningioma occurrence and development of angiogenesis and invasiveness, in order to provide experimental basis for a new treatment for meningioma. Methods: Immunohistochemical SABC method detection CD105 and β-catenin expression in 63 cases of meningioma and 10 cases of normal dural tissue taken from trauma patients. Evaluation CD105 staining integral to determine whether the abnormal expression of β-catenin count meningiomas and normal dura tissues microvascular density (microvessel density, MVD) analysis of the β-catenin and meningioma Angiogenesis cases summarized, statistical data obtained using SPSS software.
