Objective: To explore the relationship between human leukemia cell membrane antigen CD105 positive meningiomas and p-catenin (β-catenin) expression in meningiomas with the pathology and clinical manifestations, and meningioma occurrence and development of angiogenesis and invasiveness, in order to provide experimental basis for a new treatment for meningioma. Methods: Immunohistochemical SABC method detection CD105 and β-catenin expression in 63 cases of meningioma and 10 cases of normal dural tissue taken from trauma patients. Evaluation CD105 staining integral to determine whether the abnormal expression of β-catenin count meningiomas and normal dura tissues microvascular density (microvessel density, MVD) analysis of the β-catenin and meningioma Angiogenesis cases summarized, statistical data obtained using SPSS software. Results: ① CD105 normal dural tissue in 10 cases, 7 cases were weakly positive (), the negative three cases (a), stained points to 1.00 ± 0.81. All the positive expression in 63 cases of meningioma tissue, which weakly positive () 7 cases, positive () 30 cases, strongly positive () 26 cases, staining score was 7.65 ± 2.65. The meningiomas CD105 expression was significantly higher than normal dura mater, the difference was statistically significant (P = 0.000 lt; 0.05). ② β-catenin in 10 cases of normal meningeal tissue in all normal expression in 50 cases of abnormal expression in 63 cases of meningioma group, abnormal expression rate of 79% (50/63), the difference was statistically significant (X2 = 25.190, p = 0.000 lt; 0.05). ③ 10 patients with normal meninges MVD was 8.00 ± 6.25, and 63 cases of meningioma in MVD 14.13 38.12 disabilities, the difference was statistically significant (P = 0.000 lt; 0.05). ④ 63 meningiomas, positive level of CD105, CD105-MVD value in different gender (P = 0.16 gt; 0.05; P = 0.26 gt; 0.05 Xi, age (P = 0.23 gt; 0.05; P = 0.77 gt; 0.05), tumor site (P = 0.395 gt; 0.05; P = 0.868 gt; 0.05), tumor size (P = 0.462 gt; 0.05; P = 0.283 gt; 0.05) between the difference was not significant, and in different pathological grade (r = 0.771, P = 0.000 lt; 0.05; r = 0.848, P = 0.001 lt; 0.05), clinical disease classification (r = 4.76, P = 0.000 lt; 0.05; r = 5.87, P = 0.000 lt; 0.05) the degree of tumor invasion (P = 0.001 lt; 0.05; P = 0.001 lt; 0.05) between the expression of a significant difference in 5 of 50 patients with meningiomas abnormal expression of β-catenin, β-catenin abnormal expression of gender (X2 = 0.396, p = 0.529 gt; 0.05), parts (divided into convex and deep compared to X2 = 0.124, p = 0.725 gt; 0.05), size (X2 = 0.764, p = 0.682 gt; 0.05), age (X2 = 0.010, p no significant correlation = 0.920 gt; 0.05) and other factors. meningioma pathological grade (X2 = 6.591, p = 0.037 lt; 0.05), the degree of invasion (X2 = 4.846, p = 0.028 lt; 0.05), clinical closely related to the performance (X2 = 5.048, p = 0.025 lt; 0.05) Conclusion: ① the normal meninges organization in CD105 was weakly positive expression or non-expression, meningiomas upregulation of CD105, CD105 and tumor cell proliferation and angiogenesis, clinicopathological close relationship with clinical pathological grade and invasive and clinical condition grading was positively correlated ② β-catenin expression in normal meningeal tissue is normal, abnormal expression in meningiomas abnormal β-catenin expression and meningioma microvessel density is closely related to the higher pathologic grade, the more severe clinical symptoms of patients with β-catenin abnormal expression of the higher the chance of prompt β-catenin in meningioma development process may play an important role. ③ CD105, β-catenin and meningioma pathological level, invasive, and is closely related to the clinical condition, may determine the patient's condition, one of the important indicators of prognosis. further research CD105, β-catenin regulation mechanisms in meningiomas may open up new treatment of meningiomas The method provides experimental basis.
