Treatment group to the acupoints to the oral medicine Angelica Yinzi treatment, a total of 4 weeks of treatment self-blood therapy, the control group. Selection of hives four scoring criteria for efficacy evaluation. Before and after treatment, the recurrence rate of 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment were evaluated. The results of the two groups of patients in terms of gender, age composition course, statistical tests, no differences (P gt; 0.05), comparable. Before treatment, each observed indicators rated by the statistical tests, no differences (P gt; 0.05), comparable. 12 patients were cured after 4 weeks of treatment, the treatment group, 11 cases markedly effective in 4 cases, 3 cases, markedly effective rate of 76.67%, the total effective rate was 90.00%; clinical cure of the control group, the seven cases, 11 cases were markedly effective 9 cases, 5 cases ineffective, the markedly effective rate was 56.22%, the total effective rate of 84.38%. The statistical test, the two groups markedly effective rate differences (P lt; 0.05), can be considered the markedly effective rate of the treatment group than the control group; total effective rate was no difference (P gt; 0.05), that the two groups quite the cure rate. Each index score before and after treatment in both groups compared the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05); After treatment, each index score difference comparison wheal size, number, number of occurrences and the total score, The difference was not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05); wheal duration of the the itching extent of the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). Acupoints Angelica Yinzi autohemotherapy oral medicine blood deficiency and wind-dryness chronic urticaria treatment are effective, efficacy, and ease wheal size, number, number of occurrences and the total score in the duration of the wheal, pruritus, the treatment group than the control group. Four weeks after the treatment group, 12 patients were cured patient tracking 5 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 41.67% after eight weeks, six cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 50.0096; 7 cured patients of the control group after four weeks of follow four cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 57.14 % 8 weeks, 5 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 71.43%. The recurrence rate in the treatment group after statistical tests, p gt; 0.05, not statistically significant; relapse rate between the two groups after treatment group, statistical tests, p lt; 0.05, statistically significant that the recurrence rate of the treatment group than the control group. Conclusion The results suggest that: the treatment of blood deficiency and wind-dryness chronic urticaria the matter choose the acupoints autohemotherapy or oral therapy, can effectively reduce the wheal and itching symptoms and improve the patient's quality of life.
