With the development of computer hardware and software, computer graphics technology was applied to forest fire monitoring and prevention, is the inevitable trend in the sen prevention work, will be able to more effectively and scientifically to improve the efficiency of forest fire prevention work. This article in detail analyzes the present situation of forest fire prevention at home and abroad, puts forward a new model of forest fire monitoring and prevention. By means of the existing geographic information system, we obtain the relative distribution of geographic information data, establishes corresponding database, through the coding design and implements a point positioning, blazes of shortest path analysis, saves in the shortest time estimates, fire loss assessment, etc. For forest fire image prediction system, make the team work can do early detection, early saves, will fire loss to a minimum.
