Under the situation of China's automobile industry has developed rapidly, how to develop a domestic independent brand cars, formed in the international and domestic automobile market are influential multinational car companies, is top priority in the development of China's automobile industry. To this, byd automobile has made the good exploration, formed a good development situation. This paper focus on byd auto's marketing strategy is studied, on the basis of research on related literature, the marketing strategy theory to comb, byd automobile marketing strategy for analysis of the status quo and existing problems. Through this analysis, then draw lessons from the relevant theory, proposed the byd auto market positioning and marketing strategy improvement. Finally, the future development of byd auto is prospected, if byd car in the marketing strategy and other development strategy has a better plan, so byd auto company is bound to become a car company more market both at home and abroad.
