The Research and Application of College Data Integration for Campus Networks

With the continuous progress of college information process , various application systems emerged in the college business department . Different provenance of data , and duplication of a large number of data , resulting in the problem of a large amount of data redundancy and data is not accurate . With the increasing demand of data quality and information sharing , the urgent need for an efficient , accurate , feasibility data integration solutions to achieve university information integration and sharing . In this paper, a survey on the actual situation of a University , and combined with the actual needs and specific characteristics of other colleges and universities in the process of information , to identify existing major problems . Address these major issues , the paper proposes a set of data integration solutions for the campus network : (1 ) by proposing a bus -type architecture , from the fundamental solution to the problems of traditional data integration process tightly coupled ; ( 2) by proposing to solve the problems of the schools within the data inconsistencies , and develop a common standard in schools , to ensure the accuracy of the data . ( 3) through the introduction of the ODS as a data integration center library , both to meet the basic needs of the database , and can provide data based on decision analysis . (4) ODI technical data integration platform designed to complete the most important aspects of Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) data integration process . ETL mode is changed to the E-LT process to improve the efficiency and stability of the extraction of data conversion completed the integration and sharing of data , and on this platform through the publish / subscribe model . In this paper, data integration model program simulation and performance testing to prove that the program can fundamentally solve the problem of inconsistent data , redundancy , and can be stable and efficient .
