Recently, China pays more attention to develop the vocational education. It is definitely regulated in the 12th five-year-plan scheme that it will continue to develop the vocational education and vocational teachers. Vocational school must stick to these principles, for instance, be job-oriente, serving the society as the final aim, and connect the education and actual production together. In order to let the aim come true, it is necessary to demand the vocational teachers strictly. How to improve the quality of vocational teachers and how to build the double-quality teachers, which have become the key factors for the vocational school’s reformation.For the reason that the vocational schools develop fast, the quality of of teachers in these schools are not all good enough. So the most urgent task is improving the comprehensive qualities of the vocational teachers.To train the vocational teachers in national training camps is the most effective way to improve vocational teachers’ comprehensive quality. But there are many defects existing in the national base of training, the result is that the training quality is low. For example, the training theory is behind the times, the training methods are limit, the training pattern is simple, the training content is separated, the feedback of training is bad and the training evaluation is lack etc. Herein, it will continue to research the subject.The thesis applies management by object, system theory, human resource training theory, and total quality management as the theoretical basis, making a detailed analysis of the present situation of the national vocational teachers training camps and their demonstrations to educe the main stage of lower training quality. At last, it puts forward several approaches to make some inspiration to improve the work quality of the national training camps.
