With the rapid economic development, human resource management has been brought to strategic stature by entrepreneurs. Carry on the reform of salary, bring into play balance function of position salaries and incentive function of performance salaries. The innovation of this paper is proposed position valuation evaluation of the real estate enterprise, and focused on quantitative and qualitative position analysis, which is analyzed and demonstrated base on data, reflected combination of theory and practice though investigated in Chongqing AB real estate development Co., Ltd. This paper in guide of the modern compensation management theory, relies on the thought of finding, analyzing and solving problems. The author takes the Chongqing AB real estate development Co., Ltd as research object, combined the company of development strategy, and evaluated the job separating in executive, management, technical position and sales position. It is established system of post and performance salary combined together, and designed a set of suitable salary system keeping with AB real estate company currently development condition.
