With the rapid economic development, human resource management has been brought to strategic stature by entrepreneurs. At the same time, human resource department changed from non-significant functional department to the strategic fellow of operational department. At present, the real estate is undergoing a major adjustment, is facing incentive and competitive situation. The real estate industry restructuring is an important trend in this industry. It is obvious that competition for human resource in enterprise competition. The single material incentive is not the only effective tool in human resource management, reflecting the pay value of talent is becoming increasingly important. Salary or compensation management plays a special role in human resource management which can not be irreplaceable.This paper describes the concepts and principles of remuneration, analyzes the compensation system in real estate business and presents the compensation problem of real estate, according to different salary theory to analyze these problems and explore solutions. Though empirical analyzed in Chongqing AB real estate company, and based on assessment of salaries of different positions, established the system of position and performance salaries corresponding to various positions. Carry on the reform of salary, bring into play balance function of position salaries and incentive function of performance salaries. The innovation of this paper is proposed position valuation evaluation of the real estate enterprise, and focused on quantitative and qualitative position analysis, which is analyzed and demonstrated base on data, reflected combination of theory and practice though investigated in Chongqing AB real estate development Co., Ltd. This paper in guide of the modern compensation management theory, relies on the thought of finding, analyzing and solving problems. The author takes the Chongqing AB real estate development Co., Ltd as research object, combined the company of development strategy, and evaluated the job separating in executive, management, technical position and sales position. It is established system of post and performance salary combined together, and designed a set of suitable salary system keeping with AB real estate company currently development condition.
