Virtual team as a new virtual organizational structure, along with the emergence of the new economy, the rapid development of information technology and computer technology to appear. As a new form of organization, virtual team in recent years, more and more businesses and organizations of all ages, but due to the structure of the organization is still in the development stage, many aspects of this form of organizational structure has yet to be research and discussion, especially related to the study of the theory of knowledge sharing in the organization's internal efficiency, requires further in-depth study, to contribute to the development of this form of organization. Basis of knowledge sharing internal knowledge of the distribution of virtual teams within the organization, the relationship between the degree of knowledge sharing and team work efficiency of the organization, is of great significance. How to make virtual teams internal distribution of knowledge in order to rationalize the fastest, thus contributing to the occurrence of the knowledge innovation activities of virtual teams more scholars study the core.
