Along with the growing real estate industry regulation , the external environment such as financial policy, land policy , trade policy, a series of changes , as a real estate meticulous management of the key points of the schedule, and performance appraisal management, and its critical , importance, has given rise to great concern in the real estate business . Project planning is a process of thinking , is a way for project scope , targets and strategic clarity of the process is for the one on how to start, maintain and terminate the project 's reasonable judgment . The main function of a project plan , the project manager is to provide a project from start to finish roadmap. In this paper, the work breakdown structure WBS method, critical path method (CPM), balanced scorecard , but also uses analysis, empirical , for example other research methods , through to project management and real estate project management theory and schedule, performance appraisal management theory use , through Xi'an , A company and its actual management of the project in-depth , real estate project schedule management system and performance appraisal conducted study. Through project planning theory and methods with a specific project planning practice, the B project as an example to study how to regulate the preparation of a comprehensive project plan to ensure the successful implementation of the project and performance management to ensure achievement of project objectives , thereby forming a relatively complete project schedule planning and performance management methods and systems , the preparation of the project schedule and performance appraisal methods used in real estate development projects , not only enriched the company's own project management experience , improve enterprise management level , but also for other similar real estate project planning and control and performance management to provide a useful reference .
