With the development of science and technology, the application of permanent magnet synchronous motor is more and more widely. Characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor is fixed, but the permanent magnet synchronous controller algorithm is varied, so the research of permanent magnet synchronous motor controller, semi-physical simulation has important practical significance. In this paper, the research of permanent magnet synchronous motor of the semi physical simulation system different from the traditional semi physical simulation system based on MATLAB, it can be completely independent of the MATLAB, the full text mainly divides into four parts, the main contents are as follows: the first part, establish the overall structure of permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system, analyzed the structure and mathematical model of motor, and expounds the space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) technology of the theoretical basis and its waveform generation mechanism.
