Effect of Ruminal Protected Vitamin A on Ruminal Fermentation, Milk Performence and Immune Function of Dairy Cows

In this thesis through in vivo tests, feeding trial study of different types and doses of rumen-protected VA rumen fermentation characteristics, milk performance, nutrient digestibility, antioxidant and immune functions for scientific use in dairy cows rumen protection of the VA to provide a theoretical basis for improving the performance of dairy cattle, immune function have important theoretical and practical significance. The paper is divided into three test content. Test 1 with 2 × 2 completely randomized design, in accordance with the principle of similar weight, milk yield and parity, 16 cows were randomly divided into four groups, each group of four. Each group in the basal diet different treatment (1 rumen-protected VA rumen protection VA) and horizontal (110IU/kgBW, 220IU/kgBW) VA. Test pre-feeding period of 15 days, is a trial period of 60 days. Initially under the conditions of this experiment the following results: 1) two different apparent digestibility of rumen protection VA in rumen fermentation parameters of dairy cows, milk production, EE, NDF, ADF, CP, and Ca and P, milk VA content components and milk did not significantly affect (P gt; 0.05), but with the 2nd rumen-protected VA compared rumen-protected in the 1st VA can significantly reduce the cow rumen fluid VA concentration caused the suppression of serum hydroxyl radical significantly enhanced serum GSH-PX activity and the content of IL-2 and TNF-α concentrations increased significantly. 2) and 110 IU / kg BW rumen protected VA-dose group compared to 220 IU / kg BW dose group in rumen VA concentration, serum VA content and crude fat digestibility increased significantly (P lt; 0.05), somatic cell count in milk significantly lower (P lt; 0.05). 3) increasing dietary rumen VA added amount (220 IU / kgBW) cows can enhance immune function, serum IgG, IgM and IgA levels, serum IL-1, TNF-α content and the content of soluble CD4 significantly increased (P lt; 0.05), soluble CD8 was significantly decreased, CD4/CD8 rise (P lt; 0.05). 4) improve rumen-protected dietary VA added amount (220 IU / kg BW), can significantly enhance the the cows body's anti-oxidation function, the serum GSH-PX, SOD and CAT activity, T-AOC activity and serum hydroxyl free group (-OH) restraining forces significantly increased the content of MDA decreased significantly. 5) on consolidated a number of indicators, the effect of the use of rumen-protected in the 1st VA better than No. 2, and to Preferably, the 220IU/kgBW dose group.
