Facility Layout Plan and Optimization of Chemical Factory

As the carrier for the development of chemical industry, the development status of chemistry corporation is critical to the chemical industry. Recently, with the increasing of people paying attention to the safety and waste of chemistry corporation, the facility layout of chemistry corporation needs to break the rules of manufacturing tradition, and to highlight the feature of chemistry corporation. In this background, it has the important significance to research the facility layout plan and optimization. Combined with the development status and related researching result of facility layout plan and optimization, based on the traditional methods and the features of chemistry corporation, this dissertation constructs a new facility layout plan and optimization method to research the problem of the facility layout plan and optimization about chemistry corporation.The content and conclusion of this dissertation are :1) Based on analyzing the featuring of production logistics of chemistry corporation, this dissertation proposes that introduce the correction coefficient into logistics equivalent to reflect the importance, such as to the environment pollution, personnel safety, of materials being transported.2) Constructing the new model of facility layout plan. Putting the factor of wasting logistics into the traditional model makes the new model reflect the influence of wasting logistics to the facility layout plan and apply to the facility layout plan of chemistry corporation.3) Constructing the model of facility layout optimization. Through analyzing the features of the logistics system status model, it proposes the advantage and disadvantage about using it on the facility layout optimization. Putting the correction coefficient and wasting logistics into it, constructs the facility layout optimization model which could be used in the chemistry corporation.4) As a case, this dissertation uses a Chlor-Alkali chemistry corporation in Baoding to prove these models to be effective.
