In the process of the development, production and inspection use of TPE, the effect of temperature and pressure are related to the quantitative description problem, which requires technical support of temperature and pressure effects testing ana evaluation. Therefore, the explosive effect of temperature and pressure testing technology has a strong military background. In the technical assessment needs of the TPE temperature measurement, this article will do research on the storage test technology of TPE temperature field.Based on the analysis of existing field test temperature and its characteristics, For the commonly used test system wired existence of cable is easily to damage and false triggering, the article proposed for the technical indicators of. wireless storage device in temperature field test, through the development of multiple synchronization storage method of temperature test, designed and developed a wireless storage temperature measurement system, the system is composed of tungsten rhenium sensors, conditioning circuits, FPGA timing circuit, MSP430 control module, LCD display module, the wireless transceiver module, USB communication module, and SDRAM memory modules.Around the existing temperature sensors can not meet the explosive demand for the temperature field test questions, based on the thermocouple principle, using W3% Re (positive) and W26% Re (negative) designed a new type of thermocouple sensor, The working curve equation is given through the static calibration. Through comparison calibration with the NANMAC standard thermocouple, study the dynamic performance of the sensor.Based on the hardware built in storage, software modules was constructed in various. Combined with the overall design concept testing of software, design the micro-controller, FPGA devices and system software, PC programming software in detail the process of analysis.Finally. using the single chamber dual thrust rocket engine explosion of gas flow temperature field simulation environment, the storage unit to verify the test experiments, the test unit can store a complete record of temperature data. The results show that the thermocouple sensor and self-storage unit can be stable and reliable, it is an effective mean for the quantitative description of TPE.
