The 21st century is the century of knowledge economy, the knowledge information plays an important role in economic and social development, and library is the information center in the college and the lifelong education base in society and plays a significant support in national innovation system. Librarians are the bearers of social life-long education and cultural communicators, librarians’ quality and service level play a key role in the construction and development of library. Library to strengthen the humanistic management of librarians and readers will play an immeasurable role in developing librarian potential, stimulating the creativity of the librarians and provide better service for readers and society,.Library’s humanistic management including management of librarians and readers, reader’s satisfaction is the basis and driving force of librarians’satisfaction, and plays a role in librarians’self actualization. In the basic of humanistic management, hierarchy of needs and self actualization, this paper will analysis how the library’s humanistic management to improve librarians’satisfaction and achieve self actualization, by the research of the factors of librarians’satisfaction, combine the Marslow humanistic management method and the practice of the current library, based on these to formulated the questionnaire. According to the specific survey data to analysis the findings and analyzed the fault of library’s humanistic management in two aspects of readers and librarians on the basis of discussion in earlier chapters, and combined with specific survey data to make forward corresponding solutions.The mainly research methods of this paper are document analysis, case study method, research methods, and comparative methods, etc.According to this research, the author concluded that: the most current librarians did not achieve self actualization, but have the demand of the self actualization, library is a important ways to make librarians achieve self actualization, library humanistic management mode have effect to self actualization, only library put humanistic management in fact can improve the librarians’self actualization, and the librarians’self actualization can improve the humanistic management in turn to achieve a healthy cycle, and make positive influence to the library business.Humanistic management has become the focus of the library research in recent years, but never involved this paper’s topics, this paper wish could have enlightenment function to the library management in certain, inspiring librarians’potential and creation by humanistic management to push forward the development of library.
