Porous starch is a new type of modified starch , a safe , non-toxic , efficient, biodegradable , etc. , has attracted the attention and interest of domestic and foreign experts and scholars , was studied extensively developed and applied to the field of medicine and health , are a class of great potential for development of new drug carrier . This thesis the enzymatic method, the solvent replacement method, freeze-drying method of the pre-gelatinized three process method, preparation of a biodegradable porous starch . Using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy , determination of the specific surface area of sample analysis, the study of the preparation method of porous starch crystalline properties , microstructure, and adsorption properties , process parameters , starch types . The results show that the enzymatic method, solvent displacement method , pregelatinized three methods of freeze-drying method are prepared adsorption properties of porous starch ; pregelatinized freeze-dried prepared porous starch foam the highest adsorption properties of water absorption , respectively . the sample was prepared by 18-fold and 7.5 - fold for the enzymatic digestion and solvent displacement method . In the saline environment , research the porous starch adsorption and release behavior of methylene blue , indicating that the porous starch hydrolysis by better drug loading and release rate , reasonable change adsorption can better control their drug loading and release behavior . Solvent substitution prepared corn porous starch microscopic structure of the rough surface was lamellar , having a porous structure . Partially crystalline structure is destroyed , there is still a degree of crystallinity . The starch granules were mesoporous structure , and having a larger specific surface area and pore volume . Starch gelatinization and principle of freeze-drying , freeze - drying method pregelatinized got holes in the three-dimensional network of interconnected porous starch foam microstructure , the gelatinization process destroys the crystalline structure , but to improve its adsorption properties .
