Hybrid vehicles , it can be both energy-saving and environmental factors , as the the automotive future development direction . The paper studies The automatic clutch control system for a hybrid vehicle , the automatic clutch study includes saving clutch and automatic mechanical transmission (AMT) clutch , the former is used with the realization of the conditions of the hybrid , the latter shift is executed for mating AMT operation. The thesis work consists of four main parts : 1, describes the structure of the hybrid car program , as well as each of the two automatic clutch the role of , and then expounded the principle of the automatic clutch , development and classification , specific analysis automatically control strategies and evaluation of the clutch system . Research and analysis of several domestic and foreign automatic clutch implementing agencies' programs , the proposed system uses motor - Hydraulic scheme , then describes the characteristics of the diaphragm spring , including the load characteristics, torque transmission and wear characteristics Finally, on this basis, the calculated parameters of clutch actuator , select the appropriate DC brushless motor . On the structural principle of the brushless DC motor , mathematical models and control methods, and PID ( proportional integral derivative ) control strategy , and simulation of brushless DC motor control system using Matlab / Simulink tools , and analysis about the performance of the motor , for excellent research performance brushless DC motor digital control and laid the foundation . 4, the design of the automatic clutch control system , and part of the communication module of the software and hardware based on this design , realized on the lower machine better information transmission .
