With the western development strategy and the GuanZhong -TianShui economicregionconstructing,theshaanxiprovinceputforwardThe107prioritizingdevelopmenttowns construction.The the shaanxi province adopted the single city planning standardto all kinds of town in the planning compilation,which ignored the properties ,functions of the town and location of the town.There is a little research on theprioritizing development towns,especially in the infrastructure planning.This paperanalysis the planning standards for the prioritizing development towns,through theexample of shanxi to find the municipal infrastructure planning approach and planningkeypoints.This paper can be deviled as the municipal infrastructure planning methodresearchandthecasestudy.In the municipal infrastructure planning method research part, it compared thecurrent municipal infrastructure method ,and compared the city planning standards,town planning standards and small towns planning standards, which is the solidtheoreticalfoundationfortheplnning.In the case study part,this paper taken the different locations and functions of thetowns as examples,show that the prioritizing development town should consider thelocation and function of the town,summarize the planning method and key points. Itsummarized that:the municipal infrastructure planning and the planning standardsshould be targeted and diversity.At last,this paper summarized the municipalinfrastructure planning character of the county suburban type, isolated model,industrialandtourismorientated,andgivetheplanningsomeproposedadvices.
