Work engagement is a work related positive mental state, Work engagement for the organization actively is the concern of many researchers, but this study is concerned with the negative effects of Work engagement on the family. Based on resource conservation theory as the theoretical foundation, discussed the Work engagement and work interference with family, and further discusses the organizational citizenship behavior on Work engagement and work interference with family and employee responsibility on organizational citizenship behavior and work interference with family in two variables.This research mainly adopts the method of questionnaire, Xi’an some state-owend enterprise employees were stratified sampling, subjects including middle managers, first-line managers and employees. The present study issued a total of 300 questionnaires, recovered from the questionnaire number is 253, the questionnaire recovery rate is 84.3%, excluding recycling invalid questionnaire 4, recycling questionnaire businesslike for 83%, uses the research tool is a questionnaire, including five parts:the enterprise staff demographics questionnaire, their responsibility scale, work family conflict scale by Netetneyer (1996) and others, such as the development of the" Schaufeli Utreeht work engagement scale", Moore Mann and Brackley preparation of organizational citizenship behavior. These scales are by the staff uniform distributed to subjects, subjects completed the back. This study uses the Spssl3.0 data statistical analysis, analysis of variance, correlation analysis and regression analysis methods. On the intermediary effect and moderating effect of variable analysis and examination. Through the analysis of data:1 Work engagement and work interference with family is associated. Employees’ work engagement is high, then the employees’work interference with family more high. work engagement can predict employees work interference with family. Work engagement and family-work of conflict is negative relation, employee work investment is larger, the family effect on-work’conflict is small.2 organizational citizenship behavior of employees in work engagement and work interference with family between these two variables plays is the intermediary role. Employees’ work engagement led to the work interference with family, and through the organizational citizenship behavior (part of the intermediary) to influence the work interference with family.3 employee responsibility on organizational citizenship behavior and j work interference with family plays a modulatory role. Organizational citizenship behavior level higher, work family conflict is larger, individual responsibility will weaken the association between two variables, play a regulatory role.Thus this study that work engagement and work interference with family is associated, work engagement through the organizational citizenship behavior of work interference with family effects (part of the intermediary), high sense of responsibility of the staff to the responsibility low staff will weaken the organizational citizenship behavior and work interference with family between contact.
