With the constant attention of the business community and academia \However , the domestic happiness research is limited to a few specific groups , but very few of the happiness of employees . First employee happiness , organizational citizenship behavior and job performance connotation reviewed and theoretical analysis on this basis , this psychological variables as predictors of employee happiness and psychological well-being as the scope of the study , using empirical methods to study its impact on organizational citizenship behavior and job performance . Large sample survey using exploratory factor analysis of employee happiness scale test of the small sample size , the original five dimensions concentrated to four dimensions , and then launch a nationwide survey , received a total of 330 valid questionnaires from different businesses and the nature of the work . In this study, the use the SPSS16.0 and AMOS17.0 of statistical software reliability analysis , confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model of the overall model and sub- model fitting , and reached the following conclusions : ( 1) employee well-being of the organization citizenship behavior has a significant positive impact ; (2) organizational citizenship behavior is a significant positive impact on job performance ; (3) employees happiness sense of organizational citizenship behavior on job performance exist certain indirectly promote ; (4) Employee happiness on the impact of job performance is not significant mainly because of low employee autonomy . Accordingly, this article also gives points to establish and enhance employee well-being as well as inspire and guide organizational citizenship behavior management countermeasures , deepen practical significance of this study .
