Considering the drawbacks of speed and accuracy in detection technology of the resonant cavity-type hydrogen sensor, a new detection method of hydrogen concentra- -tion by the resonant cavity-type hydrogen sensor has been proposed based on the basic theory of shock respons, and the concerned algorithms in detection process were designed .In this thesis, the contents and achievements of the reseach are as follows:1. According to the working principle of the resonant cavity-type hydrogen sensor, the detection method of impulse response was designed based on the theories of impulse response and linear system. The relationship between the resonant frequency of the hydrogen sensor and the single pulse width was derived, and then the theoretical width of single pulse being excitation signal was obtained. The specific algorithms were designed for the whole detection system in according with the requirements of detection technology and accuracy.2. By the experiments on the equivalent circuit of the sensor, the feasibility of detection method and algorithms based on impulse response detction was confirmed. The timing relationship between sampling in A/D chip and pulse as the excitation signal was optimazed, and then the superior detection modle was proposed by the experimental results.3. Under the different experimental conditions, the varied resonant frequencies of hydrogen sensor was detected by the method of impulse response detection.The results processed by kinds of algorithms such as power spectrum density estimation for AR model,FFT etc. were analyied and compared, and the superior algorithm was proposed.4. The detection method of phase difference based on double correlation algorithm was analysied, and the concreted algorithms about it were designed.The algorithms were simulated in the condition of different sampling frequency and SNR,and the results were analysied.
