Enterprises as the main players in the market, is a living organism, and the corporate life cycle theory reveals the evolution of the development of the law. Enterprise management behavior is affecting the operation and management of the organization as a whole thereby affecting an important factor of business survival and growth, the evolution from the corporate point of view, the requirements of enterprises in different life cycle management behavior is different. Enterprises in order to remain unbeaten in the competition must have a full understanding for their life cycle in which the management of behavioral characteristics and problems. Through literature analyzed and summarized in this article on the basis of the results of previous studies, according to the company's business growth rate of the corporate life cycle is divided into four phases: the start-up period, growth, maturity and recession, and according to the various stages of the enterprise features description and business growth in selected four Automobile Club of Zhejiang Province as a case study, based on the perspective of the corporate life cycle to study the various stages the five management of the enterprise behavior, the final summary of the behavior of the characteristics of the different stages of the business management of the corporate life cycle of enterprises at different stages management behavior emphases and problems, and to make recommendations and solutions. We can conclude: (1) enterprises in the start-up period of survival target, recruitment and fund-raising management, attention should be paid to avoid recruitment is difficult and undercapitalized drawbacks; (2) the development of enterprises in the growth stage and expansion target, should focus on strategic planning, investment management, and human resources management, the enterprises to avoid blind expansion and intensification of internal mobility and contradictions; (3) at maturity should stimulate innovation and to extend the corporate life, should pay attention to human resources management and investment management enterprises to avoid aging, loss vitality as well as developmental delays or even stagnation problems; (4) in a period of recession to restore the vitality of enterprises, a secondary business target, should pay attention to the adjustment of the organizational structure and human resource management, to avoid the increase in the cost of doing business and internal organization bloated, slow decision making and lose morale and other issues. The innovation of this paper is to select a cross-cutting proposition: to study, to absorb the existing research results based on enterprise life cycle management behavior, the meaningful combination of enterprise management behavior and corporate life cycle theory, this article the author as a start-up period case an entrepreneur and senior management personnel of the enterprise, based on a deep understanding of the industry of information and development, to participate in the practice of business management and development, to restore the different lifecycle enterprise management behavior through the analysis of four real-life case. The study not only enriches the life cycle theory and the theory of business management can also help businesses identify their life cycle in which to understand the characteristics of the enterprise management behavior management partial priorities and problems in the enterprise managers to clear its own duty, and thus targeted to take effective management, and to promote healthy and sustainable development has significant theoretical and practical significance.
