In recent years, the Yellow River Conservancy Commission ( hereinafter referred to as the Yellow River Conservancy ) based on Web GIS (MapXtreme) and map services middleware to build a the YRCC map service platform . In this paper, on the basis of this platform , Internet / Intranet version of the Yellow River downstream engineering conditions dangerous situation in consultation system \The system is based on the Internet , a combination of computer science and geographic information systems , the use of middleware technology , developed using the Java language .
