The Influence of Social Capital on Personal Knowledge Being Organized

After entering the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the most critical strategic resource. Enterprise knowledge creation, transfer and application of capacity determines the competitiveness of enterprises and development potential. Knowledge workers as a carrier of knowledge by the attention. However, the flow of knowledge workers can not be avoided, and is becoming more frequent, brought great losses to the enterprise. Therefore, how to effectively promote personal knowledge workers the transfer of knowledge to the organization, the personal knowledge of organization has become an urgent problem. Network development as well as the characteristics of the knowledge itself, require knowledge transfer must take advantage of the social transfer mechanisms. Many factors affecting the transfer of knowledge, many of them can be attributed to the category of social capital. Home and abroad, some studies suggest that social capital will affect the sharing, transfer and application of knowledge. In addition, the view of the organizational learning theory to the enterprise's core competence comes from organizational learning. Knowledge to flow effectively within the organization inevitably must rely on organizational learning, organizational learning is the basic way to acquire knowledge and ability (Stata, 1989; Senge, 1990; Levithal, 1991; Nonaka, 1995; Grant, 1996). Therefore, from the perspective of organizational learning to explore the relationship between social capital and personal knowledge of organization, has important theoretical and practical significance. This paper first reviews the social capital, personal knowledge of organization and organizational learning theory, built on the basis of a theoretical model of this paper and basic assumptions. Then obtain the sample data through questionnaires and use SPSS16.0 and AMOS7.0 analysis of sample data. Finally, according to the theoretical model and the basic assumptions of this paper, results of empirical analysis test, reached the following conclusions: (1) the structure of social capital dimension of organizational learning there is a positive effect, but did not significantly affect the organization of effect on personal knowledge only through organizational learning have indirect impact; (2) relational dimension of social capital, there is a positive effect of organizational learning and personal knowledge organization effect; (3) the cognitive dimension of social capital on organizational learning and personal knowledge of organization effect a positive effect; (4) the effect of organizational learning there is a positive effect on personal knowledge of organization, and the dimensions of social capital structure, relational dimension and cognitive dimension and personal knowledge of organization effect relationship plays an intermediary role.
