Enterprise canteen management is an important component of enterprise logistics management. In the process of logistics social reform, as it involves institutional reform, there has been a series of problems. So it is meaningful to introduce service evaluation as the basis for establishment of canteen service quality evaluation system to evaluate canteen service quality.Based on theory of customer satisfaction, service quality measurement theory, Java programming, Struts2 and Hibernate framework technology, unified modeling language, this thesis designs Chengdu branch of China Mobile canteen service quality evaluation system. Based on service quality evaluation of theory, using the SERVQUAL as the basic measurement model, this thesis evaluates five characteristics such as tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, designs corresponding evaluation indicators and scores, and uses the percentage system to show evaluation results. Based on unified modeling language, this thesis has accomplished system requirements analysis and design through the use case diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram and state diagram. As a modeling tool with Power Designer, this thesis has accomplished database modeling, generated corresponding tabulation statement. According to user needs, this thesis designs a friendly interface, and programes the system which basing on Java technology, Struts2 and Hibernate frameworks.Operation of the system results show that according to the information collected, the system can calculate canteen service quality scores by percentage system, effectively evaluate canteen service quality, establish an effective monitoring mechanism. Thanks to system design and implementation, there is of some significance for improving the quality of cafeteria service and accelerating the company’s information process of logistics management.
