Accelerated degradation test short-consuming, low cost, and predicted ahead of a large quantity of high reliability, reliability assessment and life prediction of long-life products provide effective technical approach. In practical applications, some products may be belong multi degradation system, i.e. the presence of a plurality of degradation processes, while each one of the degradation processes failure affect the degradation of the product. Accelerated degradation test theoretical and applied research is often considered separately from the degradation process, ignore the coupling between the degradation process, making the analysis process, the deviation of the actual situation, affecting the accuracy of the predicted results. To solve this problem, by taking into account the correlation between the multiple processes of degradation of degradation accelerated degradation test methods, and provide technical support for the reliability assessment and life prediction of complex products. This paper reads as follows: (1) multi-degradation system degradation failure analysis, focusing on the correlation between multiple processes of degradation due to common cause failure, dependent coupling factors such as the failure caused. On this basis, the degradation of system accelerated degradation test degradation model, the the degradation amount distributed model and acceleration model model. (2) the accelerated degradation test analysis method based on multiple performance parameters, through the introduction of joint distribution to solve the issues related to the degradation process, the statistical analysis of accelerated degradation of system degradation test. The simulation results show that the proposed method of multi-degradation system reliability assessment, better reflect the true product performance degradation process, the results of the assessment more accurate. (3) conducting applied research to the the × × the equipment roll control board for the object. Failure mode and effects analysis and pre-test analysis, the draw board key performance parameters, stress limit priori information. On this basis, the accelerated degradation test program for the detailed design of the the roll control circuit board combined with a priori information. (4) statistical analysis of accelerated degradation test on the the roll control circuit board, draw board storage reliability assessment and life prediction results. The results show that, if the correlation between the degradation process is ignored, will be relatively conservative results; consider the correlation is more consistent with the actual situation, the more accurate forecast results, in order to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this method. In summary, this article from a theoretical analysis of the issues related to the degradation of system degradation process simulation and engineering applications, and degradation system based on accelerated degradation test methods. The results of this study has important reference significance of the research and application of the accelerated test reliability evaluation and prediction of complex products.
