The government originated within biochemical , from the perspective of comparative advantage to expound . Military groups and production groups with their respective comparative advantages . Of force the Group ultimately unite as a whole , and evolved into the government . The transfer of wealth between the two groups evolved into taxes. Under this premise , this paper studies the stability of the government 's external and internal stability . External stability of the government depends on the relationship between the government and the people . Maintain government stability derived from the model , including allowing people to join the development of the productive forces of benefit to the people at the same time , strengthen the government forces . The internal stability of the government depends on the relationship between higher levels of government and lower levels of government . The model shows that when the income gap is too large the higher levels of government , and the lower levels of government within the government will be unstable . Based on the French Revolution , the bourgeois revolution in Britain and the Taiping Rebellion Case analysis, several aspects of this theoretical model for reality has strong explanatory power .
