With the development of embedded technology , embedded products have been widely used in industrial production and smart appliances , embedded products in the field of security monitoring is more widely used . Introduction of embedded technology will enable monitoring equipment more and more intelligent , the future embedded monitoring trends will be networked , integrated , humane, professional . Therefore, a video surveillance terminal devices based on embedded system design . Embedded monitoring terminal alarm information received from the server to the alarm location and alarm information ( including the alarm time and alarm equipment, etc.) , and in accordance with the received alarm information is displayed on the terminal interface . Needed directly from the DVR monitoring system to read the video information and to decompress and play . The hardware design uses Samsung S3C6410 as the main chip , the operating system uses an embedded Linux system . The main work of the paper include : 1 . Structures embedded software platform . Including the porting of Linux systems , the establishment of the establishment of cross-compiler environment and Qt environment . Monitoring terminal interface design . It consists of three separate window and a Qt view system . It is not only capable of displaying the alarm point location , time , and other basic information , and be able to play the video in real - time information . 3.live555 the transplant . The system uses live555 as a streaming media server , this article will live555 make the necessary changes in order to comply with the requirements of the system . 4.S3C6410 hardware decoding . The terminal uses S3C6410 hardware decoding video , which not only take full advantage of the functionality of the master chip , and provides the real-time nature of the system .
