Research and Implementation of Semantic Search System in Printer Operation Based on Ontology

With the development of science and technology , more and more electronic equipment , and increasingly popular in people's daily lives . Users in the use of electronic devices will encounter a variety of operating and maintenance problems , and how to provide services for users and help users to effectively solve the problem more and more electronic equipment manufacturers and the user's attention . Currently , Web - based network queries to provide users with a convenient and efficient service , online inquiry system provided by equipment manufacturers or free search engines (Google, Baidu , etc.) to query the problems encountered . These queries are based on keywords that match the query , and can not understand the meaning of the user query results are not satisfactory . The goal of this study is the printer device operations background, to build an ontology-based semantic query system , designed to help users by entering the words of non-professional expertise to query the printer . The traditional lack of information query technology , this paper introduces the ontology technology , printer domain knowledge ontology to describe the user query semantic analysis on the semantic level instead of the traditional text matching query . The article mainly use Semantic Web technologies in the body , RDF and SPARQL technology to achieve the semantic query . First, statistical analysis of the characteristics of the printer operator knowledge was constructed query ontology and printer body . Secondly, the in semantic query process , the system mainly uses ontology to semantic analysis of keywords , the query ontology to analyze the semantics of the keywords entered by the user , while taking advantage of the printer ontology the printer domain knowledge expressed in the form of RDF triples , and keyword query into SPARQL query to achieve the purpose of semantic query by formulating rules . Finally, the sorting technique to sort the results obtained in a traditional search engine . The papers 16 printer user manual for the basis construct query ontology ( the definition of the concept of 944 ) and the printer body (within the meaning of the concept of 1642 , RDF triples 3129 ) , a prototype system . By test and analysis system semantic query query accuracy rate of 84.4% , reaching the system design requirements .
