Research & Application on the Technology of Long Screw Jet & Mix Cement Pile Curtain

The technology of long screw jet & mix cement pile curtain combines long screw driller, deep mixing technology and high-pressure jet grouting technology creatively. With advantages of the three technologies, it is a new patented technology. This technology has greatly solved current problems in relatively hard soil in Beijing like high cost in building curtain, low controllability in construction quality, and unreasonable water seal effect, etc. Based on relevant research results of predecessors, the essay has had a systematic research and achieved the following results through theoretical analysis, site test, and practices of multiple projects:(1) Researched a set of accessory construction equipment for long screw jet & mix cement pile curtain technology;(2) Explained the piling mechanism of long screw jet & mix cement pile, and had research and analysis on the basic quality and trend of pile soil cement;(3) Formed a set of complete technology for long screw jet & mix cement piling, had researched and analyzed the relationship among the selection of construction parameters, changes of pile diameter, and relevant parameters;(4) Clarified some problems to be paid attention in curtain construction and design, and had a brief introduction to methods of inspecting curtain quality;(5) Developed a set of construction technology of long screw mix cement pile.
