To civil engineers, the construction techniques for pavement in steep slope roads have being a confused problem. Asphalt pavement in steep slope roads is always subject to many failures, such as traction and folding. At the same time, after operation for two or three years conventional skid-resistance structures will be worn due to the poor durability of skid-resistance of Portland cement concrete pavement. So the application of two types of pavements in steep slop roads is not satisfied. Study of high performance asphalt mixture and new type of pavement structure will be the development’s trend of construction technique for pavement in steep slop roads. This thesis studies construction key technique for Exposed-aggregate Cement Concrete Pavement (EACCP) in steep slop roads. Based on comparison of exposed-aggregate effect with different gradation, controlled sieve pore for the gradation is suggested. Considering climatic characteristic of Inner Mongolia, shortages in construction processof EACCP are improved, and the control index value range of wash process in middle of Inner Mongolia is provided. Employing uniform design method, this thesis analyzes influence of time and amount of exposer’s spraying, environment temperature on control index of wash process. Through regression analysis, some relational expressions are defined to reflect the relationship between influencing factors and control index, and these relational expressions can be used to guide project construction.
