Ge Actinidia [Actinidia Polygama (Sieb. et Zucc.) In this study, a systematic study of the chemical composition of the Ge Actinidia leaves , silica gel , polyamide and ODS column chromatography , recrystallization and other means to get eight compounds isolated from the ethanol extract of Ge Actinidia leaves , the nature of the manager of and spectral data analysis, identification of these compounds : kaempferol ( kaempferol ) ( I ) , daucosterol ( II ) , umbelliferone ( umbelliferone ) ( III ) , kaempferol - 3- O - beta- D - topiramate galactopyranoside (kaempfero-l-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside) (Ⅳ), isorhamnetin - 3- O- beta- D - pyran- glucosidase (isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D - glucoside ) ( V ) , kaempferol the phenolic - 3 - O - alpha - L - rhamnose sugar group - ( 1 → 6 ) - beta -D - galactopyranoside galactosidase (kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosy - ( 1 → 6 ) - beta -D -galactopyranoside ) ( VI ) and apigenin - 6 - C- beta - D - glucopyranosyl group - 8 -C - pyran Xylosides (6-C-glycopyranosyl-8- the C - xylopyranosyl APIGENIN ) ( VII ) , kaempferol - 3 - O - alpha - L - rhamnose group - ( 1 → 3 ) - alpha - L - rhamnose sugar group - ( 1 → 6 ) - beta - D - galactopyranoside ( kaempferol - 3 - O - alpha - L - rhamnopyranosyl - ( 1 → 3 ) -alpha - L- rhamnopyranosyl - ( 1 → 6 ) - beta- D - galactopyranoside ) ( VIII ) . Compounds I - VIII are from this plant for the first time isolated . The experiments also established a Ge Actinidia leaf Zhongshan Chennai phenol - 3 - O - alpha - L - rhamnose sugar group - (1 → 3)-α-L- rhamnose sugar group - ( 1 → 6 ) - beta -D - galactopyranoside (Compound VIII ) content by HPLC method provides a new scientific basis for the establishment of Ge Actinidia the leaf quality standards and Ge Actinidia development and utilization .
