The Study on Team Performance of Knowledge Team of Enterprises: Based on the Perspective of Authentic Leadership

This paper mainly studied the relationship among authentic leadership, psychological capital, team trust and team performance in knowledge team of enterprises. It analysed if psychological capital and team trust mediated the relationship between authentic leadership and team performance.It also discussed the moderated role of Leader-member exchange (LMX) between authentic leadership and psychological capital, team trust.This paper made a case study by means of questionnaire survey, 244 valid samples were collected. We tested the model through statistical analysis, The main results were showed as follows : 1. authentic leadership in the knowledge team of enterprises has a significant influence on team performance; 2 . psychological capital & team trust has a significant influence on team performance,but the sub-dimensional factor of psychological capital & team trust has different influence on team performance; 3. Leader-member exchange (LMX) makes the moderated role between authentic leadership and psychological capital&team trust. 4. authentic leadership indirectly affects team performance through the intermediary function of psychological capital & team trust.Finally, based on the conclusions, the paper provides some suggestions on for knowledge team of enterprises, and pointed out the disadvantage of the research and then put forward to the future research at last.
