Study on the Countermeasures of Bancassurance Development in China

Bancassurance is toward globalization , the integration of the product in the financial services industry in the fierce competition , but the bank insurance and related financial innovation is not smooth sailing is no obstacle . Traditional research direction , the focus of research at home and abroad on the bancassurance channel cooperation , product cooperation , business integration, survival of the environment , development direction and perspective typical example on the part of the Bank Insurance analysis , development of bancassurance limiting factor to arrive at different understanding , and put forward specific proposals . This paper argues that the development of bancassurance biggest impediment to banks and insurance marketing idea , the business object exists essentially conflict ; followed by two banks and insurance industry belong to the financial industry , the development of the market overlap , integration can not be achieved market expansion only bring redistribution of the market . Bancassurance in China is still in its infancy, in accordance with the actual situation in China and the environment , the development of the bancassurance more ready to attempt the financial industry to seek change and instead guide the development trend of the financial industry . Therefore , China 's banking and insurance should be to implement a strategic height practices of bancassurance in the process from the initial stage to a higher stage of development , research bancassurance and what strategies and tactics to promote China's financial sector continued , rapid , stable development , is of great practical significance . China 's Development Bank Insurance countermeasures mainly from the following aspects : First , you should determine a clear development strategy : based on the domestic priority profits , comprehensive operations ; Second, we should accelerate the establishment of a suitable organization and management system ; based on customer-centric , integrated banking and insurance products , to strengthen the marketing collaboration , reconstruct the process of service delivery ; while focusing on risk prevention , build strong IT support system platform and systematic training system and salary system , the integration of cultural differences ; addition, it should be established supporting flexible , prudent and effective regulatory regime and focus on relevant policies and improvement .
