Objective:Discuss about the features of the correlation of ultrasound elasticity with the expressions of estrogen receptor, progestron receptor, C-erbB-2 in breast cancer, and give a certain help in the endocrine therapy of breast cancer patients and the prognostic evaluation of it.Methods:Employ the SIEMENS Acuson Antares 5.0 color doppler ultrasound diagnostic instrument to examine. At first, use two dimensions and color doppler ultrasound routine examination on 58 cases, then transfer into the mode of UE, grade the solidity of the lesions, and test out the area ratio and the Diameter ratio of the lesion, then analyse the correlation of expression between the grade of UE, AR, DR and the immune factors ER, PR, C-erbB-2 separatively.Results:Among the 58 research objects, the amount of samples in the UE rating 4 to 5 group, the group of AR that equals 1.5, or more than 1.5, the group of DR that equals 1.5, or more than 1.5, are 51,30,29 separatively.(1)The UE rating is correlative to the expression of ER(P<0.01), and the ER positive rates of the 4 to 5 group is higher than the rate of the 1 to 3 group; (2)The UE rating is correlative to the expression of PR (P<0.05), and the PR positive rates of the rate 4 to 5 group is also higher than the 1 to 3 group. (3)The UE rating has no correlation with the expression of C-erbB-2 (P>0.05). (4)AR is correlative to the expression of PR (P<0.05), and the PR positive expression rates of the group which AR equals 1.5 or more is lower than the group that AR is less than 1.5. (5) AR has no correlation with the expression of ER, C-erbB-2(P>0.05). (6)DR is correlative to the expression of PR(P<0.05), and the DR positive expression rates of the group which AR equals 1.5 or more is lower than the group that DR is less than 1.5.(7) DR has no correlation with the expression of ER and C-erbB-2(P>0.05). Conclusion:If the breast cancer’s grade of elasticity is higher than the third grade, the ER and PR positive expression rate will be higher, which is suitable for endocrine therapy. (2)If the breast cancer’s area ratio and diameter ratio is more than 1.5, the PR positive expression rate will be lower and the effect of the endocrine therapy will be not so good. (3)The Ultrasound elasticity of breast cancer is correlative to the expression of the the immune factors ER, PR, and it will be a great help in diagnosing the results of endocrine therapy and the prognosis evaluation, when they are combined with each other.
