This paper focuses on the relationship between Organization Justice and Job Satisfaction, introducing Transaction Leadership as interference variables, to discuss how Transaction Leadership adjusts the relationship between dimensions of Organization Justice (including Distributive Justice, Procedural Justice and Interaction Justice) and Job Satisfaction.The paper, reviewing literature, analyzed the relationship between Organization Justice and Job Satisfaction, and the relationship between Transaction Leadership and Job Satisfaction, made the hypothesis that Transaction Leadership is a moderator of the relationship between Organization Justice and Job Satisfaction. The research regarded 298 employees in new type of service industry such as the software industry, the consulting industry, the telecommunications industry, who are different genders, Marital status, ages, Qualifications, Seniority, and position levels, carrying on the questionnaire and investigations of their basic situation about Organizational Justice, Transactional Leadership and Job Satisfaction, statistically analyzing by SPSS software, and we can take the valuable conclusions by the empirical analysis.(1) The Organization Justice, Which employees perceive in service’s industry in China, can be measured by three dimensions including Distributive Justice, Procedural Justice and Interaction Justice. And Interaction Justice is the most important factors which affect Organization Justice.(2) Organization Justice and Job Satisfaction show significant positive correlation. Distributive Justice and Job Satisfaction show significant positive correlation, the same to Interaction Justice, even has greater influence. But Procedural Justice and Job Satisfaction don’t show significant positive correlation.(3) Organization Justice, together with its dimensions, and Transaction Leadership show significant positive correlation. And Transaction Leadership and Job Satisfaction show significant positive correlation.(4) Transaction Leadership is a moderator of the relation between Distributive Justice and Job Satisfaction; Transaction Leadership is a moderator of the relation between Interaction Justice and Job Satisfaction. But Transaction Leadership is NOT a moderator of the relation between Procedural Justice and Job Satisfaction.
