The power load management terminal testing device develops with the power load management terminal in the power system and the extensive application. At present, the building of the country’s electricity load management system is an important step that energy metering develops to information. So the detection of the power load management terminal has to be resolved. Through the development of the power load management system automatically detects technology, has effectively improved the efficiency and effectiveness of the Qian Zhiji and large-scale terminals testing, so that Systems from different vendors have to be compatible with each other and interoperability. Detection of the products exceeded the scope of traditional verification, realizes the examination intellectualization and the automation.This thesis mainly introduce how using the computer data bank technology, Active X controls technology and so on, to design, develops and realizes the entire“power load management terminal testing device soft system”processing. First according to the Electric power load management terminal testing device soft system’s demand analysis and the system analysis, has designed system’s function structure and the work flow. Then uses the modular design concept, divided system’s functional modules, namely the system parameters, terminal establishment, data receive, function testing and printing report form. Selects the Windows XP operating system and Access database carries on the backstage data maintenance unifies the FlexCell form controls, follows National Electrical Company enterprise standard Q/GDW 129-2005“Power load Management system management system General Engineering factor”to the terminal test request, uses the Visual C++6.0 programming to realize various modules function, fundamentally has guaranteed software system’s normal operation, has realized the intellectualization and automated power load management terminal testing device soft system, promoted the power load management terminal examination system’s modernization.
