Effects of Stress High Glucose on Prognosis Non-diabetes Patients with Myocardial Infraction

Objects:Nowadays, the average age of our society is growing older and older , and the living standatd and the habittion of diet becomes more better. The coronary artery disease has become one of the most terrible one which makes the aged disabled and mortally .The diabetes, as the equal one of CHD, the incidence is higher and the relationship between the is reported so widely and thoroughly. Among all the study, the paper about the effect of stress high glucose on CHD is the most popular spot. This study is going to invest the he effect of stress high glucose on non-diabetes patients with acute myocardial infraction and compare the differences between the male and females.Methods:Making the 158 non-diabetes patients with myocardial infraction into group A and group B according to the random glucose is higher than 11.1mmol/L or not and then make a list about the cTNI、CK-MB mass and the incidence of arrhythmia, heart failure, re-infraction and sudden death.Then comparing the difference between group A and B and the same as the male and female.Results:1. The incidence of arrhythmia, heart failure, re-infraction and sudden death in group A is significantly higher than group B.2. Male’s incidence of re-infraction is higher than females, however the heart failure is opposite.3. In group A , male’s incidence of re-infraction is significantly higher than the females.4. In group B, male’s incidence of arrhythmia is significantly higher than the females. Conclusions:1. The relationship between myocardial tissue markers and glucose has no relevant after AMI in non-diabetes patients.2. The non-diabetes patients with acute myocardial infraction whose glucose is higher than 11.1mmol/L has more incidences of arrhythmia, heart failure, re-infraction and sudden death than the normal glucose group.3. The incidence of re-infraction and arrhythmia in male is significantly higher than female instead of the heart failure.
