Objective:To eveluate the change and clinical significance of c-reactive protein (CRP) in rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)、rats with diabetics、rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with diabetes before the rats ware made model and after the rats ware made model.Methods:1.80 male SD rats(at the age of 12 weeks,200g±20g)were random divided into four groups:A.normal control group;B.chronic obstructive pulmonary disease group;C.diabetics group;D.chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with diabetes group.2.To establish a standard COPD model,get lungs,The pathological change of lungs proved establishing successful rats COPD model.3.To establish a standard diabetes model,extract blood from the tail of the rat at the end of the process proved establishing successful rats diabetes model.4.To establish a standard COPD with diabetes model,and extract lung tissues meanwhile extract blood from the tail of the rat at the end of the process in each group,to observe its pathological form and monitor blood glucose to conserve whether the model is success.5.To detect the blood level of CRP in each rat with turbidimetric immunoassay.Results:1.Its were obvious hyperplasia and thicken in bronchial wall,which have a large number of inflammatory cells mainly lymphocyte cells and macrophagocyte and neutrophilic infiltrated in,and alveolar cavity expanded,the fusion of fracture of alveolar walls formed alveolar emphysema in group B and group D.2.The level of CRP in serum in Normal group before has been made is (14.64±0.64) mg/l,COPD group is (14.56±0.61) mg/l,diabetics group is (14.21±0.68) mg/l.COPD with diabetics group is (14.33±0.60) mg/1,Comparative differences between groups was no statistically significant.P>0.05;Each group of rats age is the same, each group of body weight difference non-statistics significance.P>0.05,between each group has the commeasurability.After has been made,the level of CRP in serum in Normal group is(14.70±0.71)mg/l;it is(30.36±0.86)mg/l in COPD group;It is(24.50±0.90)mg/l in diabetes group;It is(52.17±1.15)mg/l in COPD with diabetes group.COPD group was statistically significant difference compared to normal group,P<0.05.Diabetics group was statistically significant difference compared to normal group,P< 0.05.COPD with diabetes groups were obvious statistically significant compared with each group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The level of CRP in serum in rats was in creased,It was associated with inflammation of COPD and diabetes.
