Objective:Observed around the transplanted nerves and accompanying vessels, the blood supply of transplanted nerve segment revascularization process and the relationship with nerve regeneration.Methods:Established animal model to study New Zealand white rabbits as with sodium pentobarbital (30 mg/kg) anesthesia, skin hair removal, skin incision and subcutaneous tissue, respectively, the upper limbs free of median nerve, resulting in the same plane around the side of the median nerve about 6cm of the neurological deficits. Will be cut off after bilateral median nerve in hand surgery under the microscope no damage nerve anastomosis with 11-0 bilateral distal nerve segment needle will be done in situ graft nerve anastomosis, the right side of the control group, with simple free nerve graft; left side of the experimental group, free elbow vein, the elbow vein and its distal branches and long segment of nerve graft without damage nerve anastomosis with 11-0 needle to the outer membrane of vascular adventitia and nerve suture in parallel with the line distance of more than match its nerve stump.1,2,4,8,12 weeks after the drawn observation. By gross observation, histological, electrophysiological testing, observation and large vessels in parallel section of the nerve graft revascularization process of transplanted nerve conduction velocity, nerve fiber regeneration and functional recovery.Results:In addition to all the wounds in rabbits Wound infection occurred in one case,the restⅠwere healing, no ulceration of the feet, look rosy and full.1 week after the experimental side, there revascularization revascularization experimental side is higher than the control side, in parallel with the nerve graft vessel revascularization segment was better than the contralateral, control group 4 weeks after revascularization occurred. Experimental group 8,12 of peripheral nerve fiber regeneration speed, quality, quantity is better than the control group (p<0.05).2,4,8,12 week experimental group, light microscopy in the myelinated nerve fiber growth, see, recycled fibers arranged in neat rows and intensity, than the control group. Electron microscopy 12 weeks observed in the experimental group observed in the myelin sheath of myelinated nerve fibers form the thickness of the myelin fibers are better than the control group.Conclusion:Nerve and peripheral vascular grafts with banks after the nerve graft allows early vascularization during transplantation of neural blood supply to maintain continuity of supply of nerve regeneration and functional recovery of a clear role in promoting.
