When single-phase-fault happens,the small current just follows into capacity ground in Arc-extinguishing coil grounded system.Due to the small fault current,unobvious fault features and the complex fault circumstances,the problem of fault line selection hasn’t be settled.So for the sake of finding more efficient features of single-phase-to-ground way fault to select in neutral fault line,stable and indirectly grounded system are analyzed in this paper.It is a development of fault selection that synthesizing all kinds of fault selection methods.The paper determines the comprehensive methods through data mining on large numbers of local data based on rough set theory.Several testers have been produced and used in spot fields and the fault records show that these testers run well and truly applicable to all kinds of single faults.
