China is rich in resources, but the amount per capita is only 1/7 and the oil amount per capita is only 1/10 of per capita worldwide. With the aggravation of the energy crisis and environment on earth, energy saving and environmental protection become the major problems in developing process of every nation.The thesis takes the demonstration project of Hohhot, ground-source heat pump systems of Inner Mongolian Development Mansion as an example, mainly analyzes the economic and environmental protecting benefit of ground-source heat pump systems in spring and in summer. First, the thesis compares the system with the traditional heating and freezing systems. Second, based on the comparison, an evaluating indicator system of ground-source heat pump systems is built up. At last, the thesis analyzes the ground-source heat pump systems in terms of the evaluating indicator system and the basic function data.These are conclusions of this thesis:1.The ground-source heat pump systems of Inner Mongolian Develo-pment Mansion saved functioning cost 21,660,000rmb per year.2.The amount of coal burning was saved 1,382,000ton in winter an-d electricity was saved 86×106 kwh in summer.3.The CO2 emission was reduced about 3,897,000ton and the SO2 e-mission was reduced about 52,100ton.The outcome indicates that the research and promotion of heat pump technique should be encouraged in our country. These evaluation indicators of economy and environmental protection benefit will be the guidance for the ground-source heat pump systems in Inner Mongolia related to its general assessment, long term planning, promotion and application.
