Port Bridge Crane wharf in large water-level fluctuations areas as a new type of structure form ,put into use at the last century 80’s on the Small and medium type wharfs in Inland River. Its structure is simple, loading and unloading is high efficiency, discharge capacity is great, the cost of loading and unloading is low; the commonality is comprehensive, suitable for loading and unloading of various goods; running smooth, safe and reliable, at present it has shown a broad application prospects. However, due to some technical reasons, as well as the study on the new type structure of Bridge Crane Wharf is not enough deep-going, but the structure have space for further optimum design, so, the study on the reasonable type of structure and architectural characteristic of the Bridge Crane Wharf have an important theoretical significance and value for application.In use, the Bridge Crane wharf receives statical loads, additionally; it receives dynamic loads such as impaction loads and so on. So statical properties and dynamic properties are important parts of structural mechanics properties. In order to catch hold of the mechanics properties of Inland River Large Water-lever Bridge Crane wharf and offer valuable reference data for relevant project, study on the statical character and dynamic response is necessary.In this paper, Combined with Chongqing Road Transport (Group) Co., Ltd., of Naxigou wharf expansion project construction, in the method of numeric analysis and the application of finite-element analysis software ABAQUS, we gave two kinds of structure form for large water-lever Bridge Crane wharf , carried out of static analysis and modal analysis on Inland River large water-lever Bridge Crane wharf. Through the modal analysis of wharf structure, we got the stress and displacement of steel box girder, and endogen force distribution of various components under static loads of the structure .through the modal analysis of wharf structure, we have discussed the power property of this structure preliminarily, got the inhere mode and inhere frequency, analyzed the stiffness distribution of the structure. Analyzed and compared with the calculation results, base on the existing research, we gave some design proposals and provide a design theoretical basis and for application of Bridge Crane wharf in the large water-level fluctuations regions of Inland River.
