The airport security inspectors are taken as the research contexts in this dissertation.With extensive collection of domestic and foreign literature, systematic analysis of human reliability theory, analysis methods, and human error models is made, with pointing out the merits and shortcomings of the models and methods. The human error model of airport security inspectors is builded.This model, combines with the character of security checking operation and considers the action model of Swain&Guttmann’s analysis method and frame, can completely represent the main factors, which can lead to security inspectors’error.The data and information of human factors in security inspecting system are collected by scene data collection, expert’s judgement and the experiment of X-ray machine.Human error factors of airport security inspectors are identified by using multi-view human error factor identification method, fuzzy membership analysis and the experiment of X-ray machine. According to using these new emerged mathematics techniques, the main impact factors which can lead to human error are identified.Human reliability analysis model for airport security inspectors is developed, which provides a strong tool for quantitative analyzing human reliability in security inspecting system. An example of the reliability of security inspectors is showed as verification for research methods.According to above analysis and research, the methods of reliability of security inspectors are developed, which can provide decision-making reference for improving human reliability in security inspecting system.In addition, the research method and conclusion of this dissertation possess an important meaning to civil aviation security inspecting to strengthen the safety management and also have reference meaning to other studies on human reliability.
