Acetic acid induced ulcer model in rats PAF ulcer tissue expression was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Yuyang Jianzhong Yuyang Tablets on acetic acid-induced gastric ulcer prevention and treatment, and its therapeutic effect on the dose tablets suspension to reduce the acetic acid induced ulcers in rats ulcer index, suggesting dependent on the protection and repair damage from the rat gastric mucosa; acetic acid induced ulcer model in rats PAF ulcer tissue expression was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Spleen and replenishing qi Yuyang piece represented on the protection and repair of gastric mucosal injury have a positive role, with good clinical application value.
